Q2:About the Shedding.

A2:Exquisite workmanship: Double reinforce weft, shedding free.We highly recommend that you seal the weft when you get the hair. When the factory workers sew the hair pieces into a bundle, there might be several short pieces that aren't attached to weft, that's not shedding. The wefts are double machine weft to prevent possible shedding if you have to cut the weft to adjust the hair volume for your installation, please seal the edges of the wefts to avoid shedding.

Q3:About the Tangle.

A3:Hair tangle due to dryness, oil/dirt built up, salt-water, chlorine and not comb dally. Make sure wash& conditioned with your hair once a week. Use Argan oil/olive oil to keep your hair moisture and nutrition with recommend hair care products.

Q4:Can I Dye My Hair? What Should I Pay Attention To?

A4: All our hair can be dyed to the color you want, but you need do it professionally to get the exact color without damage the hair. As virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving the hair donor, so don't dye or restyle the hair too frequently, it will harm the hair badly.

Q5:How Many Bundles Do I Need?

A5:About 100g/bundle(±5g). Usually 3 bundles are enough to make a full head. If you like Thicker or need Longer hair, it's best to wear one more bundle. For hair over 20 inch, we usually recommend you to use 4 bundles, because the weight of each bundle is fixed, so longer hair will be a little thin.If you like Thicker or need Longer hair, it's best to wear one more bundle. As the Longer the Length is, the Thinner the hair is.

1.How Do I Make A Return?
Easy: Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is EmolHair@outlook.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Note: We highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return it, please sign for your package first, then email EmolHair@outlook.com for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions.
2.What Is The Return Period?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair.
3.Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because EMOL Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
4.May I Return My EMOLHair Without Comtacting You?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.
5.When Will I Receive My Refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed.
