Q1.Why is my measurement so short?

A:All of our hair products are true to length,If your measurement is not accurate, it is likely that your measurement method is not correct.The correct measurement is from the top of the weave to the longest part of the hair tail.If you still don't know how to measure or couldn't get the truth length,please give me an email,i will teach you hand by hand.

Q2.What if the wavy disappears after washing?

A:Since we want to provide our customer with products that haven't been chemical processed, we use steam process(which is a high temperature process)instead of chemical.After wash, the wave/curl pattern will not look the same as the original state. You can do the wave pattern you want using heat tool or flexi rods. After wash, dry and squeeze out excess water with a towel and your hands. Allow hair to air dry and lie on a flat table. This can also prevent loosing the wave pattern.

Q3.Why does the hair tangle or even shedding after wearing it for a period of time?

A1.Tangle:All of our hair was cut off from young donor,after leaving the donor, the hair couldn't obtain nutrition from the scalp.So the hair may easily dry and tangle because less of nutrition.Meanwhile,during long term delivery and storage, the hair will lose water and nutrition, this will probably cause dryness to the hair, which may cause slightly tangle to the hair.To solve this problem,we suggest you washing the hair with good conditioner and deep condition the hair for 15 minutes.Then detangle the conditioned hair gently with your finger.This will solve almost all the tangle problems.

A2.Shedding:All hair strands are manually hooked and woven on the lace by workers. If some hair strands are tied loosely, a little shedding is normalthey may fall off.A little shedding is normal,If there is a large area of shedding, please get in touch us immediately and we will resend a new one for you or full mone back.

1.How Do I Make A Return?
Easy: Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is EmolHair@outlook.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Note: We highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, customer must provide us with the return tracking number, as that can greatly expedite the process. Please do not refuse to sign for your package. If you want to return it, please sign for your package first, then email EmolHair@outlook.com for return instruction. Or you will have to pay the high customs fee resulted from not following our instructions.

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because EMOL Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please be kindly note that if you return the order without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to guarantee your refund and make a complaint in accordance with the policy.
